2.装好悬架零部件的车桥往车架上合装时需担保车桥定位准确,符合整车厂的前桥定位要求和轴距要求,超差时需通过加装调整垫片、改变可调推力杆长度等方法进行调整。为防止批量装配中回数多加垫调整,需求在车架焊接时对悬架导向机构的联接点 的位置精确度严加控制。

3.悬架装配完成并对气囊充气后,悬架高度应控制在预设高度A±5mm以内 。

4.整个安装紧固件拧紧至规定力矩,若两个以上的紧固件为一组,应按规定力矩拧紧后,再重复检查一遍拧紧力矩。

5.充放气时高度阀应工作正常,且高度阀横摆杆和竖直调节杆与车架无运动关涉,气囊正常充气、排气。
